Sesame and Garlic Dressing or Marinade:

  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon tamari or soy
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon plum vinegar
  • 2 cloves minced or grated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon tj’s unami seasoning blend

Directions:

  1. Blend or shake all ingredients together. 
  2. Chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Toss into a salad or marinade tofu for 30 minutes. 
  4. Store in refrigerator
